ICS 2 – List of countries where ICS 2 will be mandatory from September 1st

The EU Commission has published the list of countries where an ICS 2 declaration will be required for goods which enter the EU by road or rail from September 1st 2025.

The countries which will require an ICS 2 declaration are;

Bulgaria, Greece, Germany, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovenia

All other EU countries have received a derogation and will provide a new deadline soon.
