ELO (Obligatory Logistics Envelope) France – important information!

French customs have informed that the use of ELO will be mandatory from April 20th 2026.

This means it will be mandatory to create and present an ELO for all units moving between the north of France and Great Britain from this date.

TransitNet offers a full ELO service allowing clients to create and submit an ELO as part of a transit declaration or as a standalone declaration.
