Serbia NCTS 6 / ICS 2 – important information
From 28th May 2026 at 21:00 CET, Serbia will begin implementation of NCTS 6 opt-in functionality.
The downtime is scheduled to last 5-6 hours.
From this time, security values in TransitNet will be restricted to “0” and “2”.
ICS 2 as an extra service is available in TransitNet and users should use the “wait” scenario to ensure the ICS 2 MRN is added as previous document type N355 in TransitNet.
This is to ensure that the ICS 2 MRN is included especially in declarations via Bulgaria or Croatia.
