Important information for NCTS 6

 

Poland as an opt-in country for NCTS 6 will implement NCTS 6 functionalities from 00:00 CET on August 3rd, 2026.

 

In preparation for the activation of NCTS 6 functionalities, Poland has informed of some downtime planned on the 2nd of August 2026.

  • Until 18:00 on the 2nd of August, it will be possible to submit declarations in the old format.
  • From 18:00 to 23:59, it is not possible to submit new declarations, but already existing declarations may be processed.
  • From 00:00 on the 3rd of August, the NCTS Phase 6 system becomes available. After that time previously created but not submitted declarations would have to be send with security “0” or “2”

 

NCTS 6 in Poland

SGS TransitNet will be ready to submit NCTS 6 declarations in Poland with Security “0” or “2”.

Developments have started to provide combined declarations in the coming weeks; We will keep you posted once this option is activated.

It remains possible to send declarations with security “0” or “2” and request the ICS2 extraService if an ENS declaration is needed on your movements.
