Full ICS 2 service for TransitNet clients

 

From September, ICS 2 declarations will be mandatory for all goods entering the EU from a third country. This includes for goods already under transit.

 

This means that ICS 2 declarations will be required on routes including but not limited to;

– Transits from Türkiye with a customs office of transit in Bulgaria

– Transits starting from any road border of the EU – for example, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Hungary, Romania and Slovakia

– Transits which start in the EU, leave the EU and reenter the EU from a third country

– Transits from Great Britain via Ireland or France

 

TransitNet will offer its approved clients a full ICS 2 service which will include the possibility to;

– Submit ICS 2 declarations as part of a transit declaration

– Submit ICS 2 declarations as a standalone declaration
