ELO France (the Obligatory Logistics Envelope) – coming to TransitNet soon!
The new logistics envelope in France required for all shipments between France and Great Britian will become mandatory from January 1st 2026.
It will be mandatory to create an envelope which includes the required customs declarations.
TransitNet will offer a full ELO service including the possibility to;
– Create and submit an ELO as part of a transit
– Create and submit a standalone ELO
For any goods entering France from Great Britain, an ICS 2 declaration will be required. ICS 2 will be mandatory in France from January 1st 2026.
TransitNet offers a full ICS 2 service and any ELO created as a part of a transit will automatically include the ICS 2 MRN(s) generated with TransitNet.
