Update Rotterdamse regeling: CERTEX uitgesteld
De eerder aangekondigde wijzigingen rondom de Rotterdamse regeling en de invoering van CERTEX zijn aangepast. De Douane heeft bevestigd dat de geplande invoering per 1 april 2026 niet doorgaat.
